Appalachian Service Proj
The focus of the ASP is to make homes warmer, dryer and safer. Home repairs usually consist of repairing floors, rebuilding foundations, constructing wheel chair ramps and decks, repairing interior and exterior walls and roofing.
Each volunteer is required to raise $325 in sponsor money and to participate in the fund raising and work sessions prior to leaving on the trip. We currently have openings for additional volunteers.

On October 14th the EUMC Appalachia Service Project Mission Volunteers left for Jonesville, VA for a week of service repairing homes for the poverty stricken folks in Appalachia making the homes Warmer, Safer and Dryer.
Please pray for this team that they not only provide warmer homes but can help to create warmer hearts as they share the message of God.
