Griefshare

This is a 13 week grief recovery series specifically for those who have lost a loved one through death. The group is currently on hiatus but will begin classes in August. A different topic is covered each week. The session begins with a video by grief recovery professionals, followed by group discussion and daily workbook/journaling exercises. You are welcome to start at any time. Participants are not required to talk or journal. A $12 donation covers the cost of the workbook

Fall Schedule: Griefshare – Wednesdays at 3:00 pm 8/18 – 11/10.
Surviving the Holidays – Wednesday, November 17th at 3:00 pm or Saturday, November 20th at 10:00 am.
