Volunteer Worship

The following are volunteer opportunities that help to enhance and enrich the worship experience.  If you are interested in any of these roles, please contact the person listed below or our church office.

FLOWER DELIVERY

Jennifer Germonprez - 697-1207
After the 11:00 service on Sundays
Deliver alter, pulpit and lectern flowers to various nursing homes.  Decorate the flower cross at Easter services with fresh, cut flowers.

COMMUNION SET UP

Bob and June Clearwater
The first saturday of the month and during the communion Sunday Service
Prepare the elements for Sunday Communion and clean up after the services.

GREETERS

Nancy Volrath 697-4233 for the 8:00 and 11:00 services
Jan Christopherson 474-5588 for the 9:30 service
Greet people as they enter the sanctuary on Sunday mornings and at special events.

ACOLYTES

Becky Kennedy 809-2189 8:00 service

Carry the light to and from the alter at Sunday services and special services.

USHERS

Assist people in the sanctuary and pass out bulletins.

SANCTUARY COMPUTER OPERATORS

Operates the computer to put visual images on the screens during the Sunday service and at special events.

COFFEE HOUR

Call Joyce in the church office 474-5588
Set up and serve coffee and treats after specified services.

NURSERY WORKERS

Provide child care during church services and special church events.

HOME BOUND COMMUNION

Marcia McEnroe 473-1039
Serve communion to our homebound church members on teh first Sunday of the month.

SUNDAY MORNING BUS DRIVER

Ms. Patty or Joyce 474-5588
Sunday mornings 9:30 - 11:00 and noon - 1:30
Provide transportation to church for those who cannot drive but want to attend the 11:00 service.  No additional drivers license is needed to provide this ministry.
